This Friday we’re heading to Alsace with Domaine de l’Oriel, a small family estate producing a broad range of classic Alsatian wines—from straightforward varietal bottlings to more ambitious Grand Cru Riesling.

Rather than build the night around a single grape or vineyard, we’re using Oriel as a way to explore the range of Alsace itself: different varieties, different sites, and different levels of intensity from one producer.

We’ll have a selection of the domaine’s wines open throughout the evening. Come taste through the range and get a better sense of one of France’s most distinctive, and still underrated, wine regions.
