Three grapes. Three Champagnes. One seriously fun way to taste the difference.
This Thursday, Champagne Campaign features Christophe Mignon with a side-by-side look at the three principal grapes of Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, each bottled on its own.
Mignon is one of the Vallée de la Marne’s great champions of Meunier, but this lineup gives us the rare opportunity to taste his approach across all three varieties—and see just how differently each one expresses itself in Champagne.
We’ll be pouring:
ADN de Foudre Chardonnay Brut Nature — 100% Chardonnay
ADN de Foudre Pinot Noir Brut Nature — 100% Pinot Noir
ADN de Meunier Brut Nature — 100% Meunier
Bright and mineral Chardonnay, structured Pinot Noir, expressive Meunier: come taste them side by side and decide which Champagne grape has your vote.
